3. Your Inputs and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and parameters you provide and must have all rights necessary to use them.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data or content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive.
  • You must review outputs before using or publishing them and ensure your use complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and third-party rights.

4. Content Ownership and Licenses

  • Outputs: Subject to these Terms and any third-party rights, you may use outputs for your permitted purposes. Outputs may not be exclusive to you and may resemble outputs received by others.
  • Service IP: The Service, including models, UI, branding, and content we provide, remains the property of enjoyora.com and its licensors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, or misleading purposes;

  • Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as authentic depictions of real people or events without clear disclosure;
